At Arta’s Flowers, we take pride in providing the freshest flowers and healthiest plants. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.

Fresh Flower Orders

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.

You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit if:

  • The flowers arrived damaged or wilted.

  • Your order did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date.

    However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection. Our team will work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure you are happy with your flowers.

Plants

We carefully select and package our plants to ensure they arrive healthy. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Please note: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for plants that have declined due to improper care after delivery.

Non-Perishable Items

For greeting cards, vases, or other non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

  • Same-day and next-day orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

Damaged Orders

If your flowers, plants, or other items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Refunds

  • A store credit or replacement bouquet/plant.

Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed.
